Ingredients
  • Dry yeast 1 pack
  • Milk (warm) 300 ml.
  • Sugar 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Butter 50 gr.
  • Flour 500 gr.
  • Potato 4 pcs.
  • Milk for mashed potatoes 50 gr.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Champignons 200 gr.
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Egg and some milk
Сooking method

Step 1. Pour a packet of yeast into the bowl, tsp. sugar, 60 gr. warm milk. Stir and leave for a while.
Step 2. Tsp sugar + tsp salt, add melted butter. Beat with a whisk. Add the remaining warm milk. Mix.
Step 3. Stir the dough, add to the milk mixture. Sift the flour into the mixture. Put the dough in a warm place.
Step 4. Make the filling. Boil the potatoes. Chop onion and finely champignon. Heat the pan, fry the onions, add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and simmer for 10 minutes. Add milk and salt to the prepared potatoes and mash. Add mushroom stuffing to mashed potatoes and mix.
Step 5. Divide the dough into balls of 60 g. Cover with foil for 5 minutes. Roll out the circle, put the filling and make a triangle.
Step 6. Put the pies on a baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 50 degrees. Turn off and set the pies for 1 hour for proofing.
Step 6. Lubricate the pies with a mixture of yolk and milk. We send in the oven at 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
