Step 1. Open the jar of strawberry TM “Medved Lyubimiy”? then cut it into halves. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
Step 2. Pound the yolks with 50 gr. sugar and whip. Squirrels whip with 50 gr. sugars in foam and mix with yolks. Add sifted flour, potato starch and mix it.
Step 3. Spread the dough in an even layer of parchment and bake for 12 minutes.
Step 4. Cream whipped with the remaining sugar.
Step 5. Cut the finished sponge cake into 4 pieces. Spread a layer of biscuit, cream and strawberries and three more layers on top of each other.
