Ingredients
  • Trout 500 gr. (4 pieces)
  • Dill 4 sprigs
  • Butter 60 gr.
  • Soy sauce 20 gr.
  • Seasoning to taste
  • Salt, pepper to taste
Сooking method

Step 1. Rinse the steaks, sprinkle with salt and pepper mixture on all sides, pour with soy sauce. You can take any spices to taste.
Step 2. Place the prepared fish on the pieces of foil, tuck the foil. Put the trout in foil on a baking sheet or in a mold.
Step 3. Divide the butter into 4 parts and cut into small pieces. Place the oil on the entire surface of the fish.
Step 4. On top, add a sprig of fresh dill. Dill can be substituted for thyme, rosemary, or parsley.
Step 5. We put the trout in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees, and bake for 10 minutes. The oil will immediately begin to melt and saturate the fish.
