Ingredients
- Tilapia Fillet 4 pcs.
- Soy Sauce 5 tbsp.
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp.
- Brown Sugar 2 tsp.
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp.
- Spices to taste
Сooking method
Step 1. Rinse and cut into 2 parts. Sprinkle with lemon juice, season on both sides.
Step 2. Heat the olive oil. In the meantime, open a jar of sauce, pour into a bowl and add brown sugar.
Step 3. Fry the slices for 3 minutes on each side, pour over the resulting sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
