Chinese Eggplant

Ingredients
- Eggplant 2pcs.
- Soy sauce TM “Medved Lyubimiy” 50 gr.
- Garlic 1 clove.
- Grape vinegar 1 h / l.
- Starch 1 h / l.
- Sesame 1 h / l.
Сooking method
1. Clean the eggplant, cut into pieces.
2. Make a dressing of soy sauce, add to it garlic, grape vinegar (can be replaced with apple or 1 h / l of brown sugar). Thicken the sauce with starch.
3. Heat the oil in a skillet, fry the eggplants until golden brown.
4. Add the resulting sauce and fry for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame.
