Ingredients
  • Champignons 200 gr.
  • Minced meat 400 gr.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Flour 500 gr.
  • Eggs 2 pcs.
  • Water 200 gr.
  • Vegetable oil 1.5 tbsp / l
  • Salt, spices to taste
Сooking method

Step 1. Pour the flour onto the table with a slide and make a recess. Carefully pour in salted water, add eggs and oil. Stir, gradually taking the flour from the edges to the middle, until a cool dough is obtained. Knead the dough until smooth.
Step 2. Leave the finished dough under a towel for half an hour.
Step 3. Cut the onions and mushrooms. From the meat make minced meat in a meat grinder or use ready-made.
Step 4. Fry the onion, add the mushrooms, salt and spices. Stew for 10 minutes.
Step 5. Add mushrooms to the minced meat and mix. Good salt.
Step 6. Roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut the circles with a glass. Put the minced meat and pinch.
Step 7. Cook the dumplings in salted water for 10 minutes.
