- Chicken fillet 700 gr.
- Pineapples TM “Medved Lyubimiy” 8 rings
- Soy sauce “Medved Lyubimiy” 1 tsp
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Mustard 1 tsp
- Mayonnaise or sour cream 2 tbsp
- Cheese 100 gr.
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Сooking method
Step 1. Cut the chicken into 4 parts. We beat off, salt, pepper, season with spices on both sides.
Step 2. Make the sauce: mix mayonnaise, mustard, soy sauce.
Step 3. We spread the chicken on a baking sheet on the foil, grease it with sauce, spread the pineapples, top the tomatoes, salt, sprinkle with cheese.
Step 4. Send to the oven for 35 minutes at 180 degrees
