Ingredients
  • Peppers 1 kg.
  • Stuffing 400 gr.
  • Onions 2 pcs.
  • Carrots 1 pc.
  • Rice 00 gr.
  • Peas 100g.
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Salt, spices to taste
  • Ketchup, sour cream, basil
Сooking method

Step 1. Wash the rice and boil until half ready.
Step 2. Chop finely onions, rub the carrots.
Step 3. Heat the sunflower oil in a skillet, fry the garlic, add the onion, in 2 minutes the carrots.
Step 4. Take out the rice, open the jar with Peas "Bear Favorite", mix in a blender, add to the rice, salt, season, put 2/3 fry.
Step 5. Cut the minced meat, add to the mixture to rice, salt and season.
Step 6. Mix the ketchup with sour cream, add the remaining roast, basil or greens.
Step 7. Peel the peppers, start with a mixture of minced meat and rice.
Step 8. We put the dressing in the pan, add water, lay out the peppers, simmer for 45 minutes.
