Step 1. Boil potatoes. I bake in my uniform for a richer flavor.
Step 2. Wash green onions, dry, chop finely.
Step 3. Cut the ripe avocado in half and then into small cubes.
Step 4. Open a jar of "Favorite Bear" corn.
Step 5. Cut the boiled potatoes into small cubes.
Step 6. Put sour cream in a small bowl, pour in lemon juice, a little water, salt and pepper, mix thoroughly.
Step 7. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, pour over the sour cream sauce and stir.
