Ingredients
- Champignons 70 gr.
- Chicken fillet 100 gr.
- Onion м
- Garlic 1 clove.
- Cheese 50 gr.
- Shortbread dough Cream 20% 90 gr.
- Egg Salt, pepper, seasoning to taste
Сooking method
Step 1. Cut the onions, chicken and mushrooms, heat the vegetable oil, fry the onion and garlic, add the chicken, season to taste.
Step 2. Spread the mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3. Make a bell: stir the egg, add cream and salt to taste. We spread the dough in the form, on top of the filling.
Step 4. Pour the sauce, sprinkle with cheese, in the oven for 30 minutes on 160 gr.
