Ingredients
- Eggplant 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 2-3 pcs.
- Champignons 100 gr.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sunflower oil 1 tsp.
- Mozzarella 200 gr.
- Salt, pepper, oregano to taste
Сooking method
Step 1. Cut the eggplant and tomato into circles.
