Ingredients
- Champignons 300 gr.
- Potatoes 800 gr.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Egg 1-2 pcs.
- Flour 4 tbsp
- Milk
- Breadcrumbs

Step 1. Boil the potatoes.
Step 2. Cut finely champignons and onions. Heat oil, fry onions, add mushrooms, fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3. Salt, pepper, simmer for about 7 minutes.
Step 4. Make mashed potatoes by adding milk to the potatoes, add flour
Step 5. Form a circle from the dough, put a teaspoon of the filling, fix the edges, roll in the egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Step 6. Fry on both sides until golden brown.
