Cream of champignon soup

Ingredients
- Champignons 600 gr.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Milk 200 ml.
- Cream 10% / 20% 200 ml.
- Potato 4 pcs.
- Butter 10 gr. / 40 gr.
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
- Salt, pepper, olive oil to taste
Сooking method
Step 1. Peel, chop into small pieces and boil the potatoes.
Step 2. Cut the onion.
Step 3. Open a jar of champignons. Cut into small pieces.
Step 4. Melt the butter 10 g. and olive in the pan. Fry the onion, add the mushrooms and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5. Make the sauce: In a saucepan, mix 40 gr. oils, nutmeg and flour. Add milk and cream, boil until boiling.
Step 6. Add mushrooms to the potato. Mash with a blender.
Step 7. Add the sauce and boil for 5 minutes.
