- Сhampignons TM “Medved Lyubimiy” 250 gr.
- Onion 1 pc.
- Eggs 2
- Cheese 100 gr.
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Flour 1/2 cup
- Mayonnaise or sour cream 2 tbsp
- Sour cream 4 tbsp
- Salt, spices to taste
Сooking method
1. Fry onions, add mushrooms and salt. Fry and spread the curd cheese or 2 tbsp / l. sour cream, thicken.
2. We spread cheese, milk, eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, mix, add mushrooms with onions and flour, salt, spices and mix.
3. We take the form, spread the dough, send it to the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
