Step 1. In the first place boil 2 eggs, peel and grate them.
Step 2. Then slice the greens, grind cheese. Combine eggs,greens and grated cheese in a large bowl.
Step 3. Open a jar of champignons TM “Medved Lyubimiy” , add to the egg mixture.  Season with salt and pepper. Whisk together.
Step 4. Meantime, break the raw egg, add milk thenwhisk in a bowl.
Step 5. Slice pita bread into rectangles, lay out the filling, slices of mozzarella on top, wrap it.
Step 6. Dip the tube in the milk mixture. Finally, melt butter in a frying pan and fry the tube on both sides in vegetable oil.
